It can offer clarity, advice, and a clearer sense of your own potential. It can open up paths you hadn't seen before, and point toward purpose, opportunity, and new ideas waiting to unfold.

Yoga Therapy: I have more than 2,000 hours in specialty trauma informed yoga training, but yoga as a science not just movement. Yoga is sooo much more than movement. It is a deep body of wisdom that addresses every layer of who you are, physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual. I specialize in the therapeutic application of yogic philosophy, which means our sessions look nothing like a yoga class. You will rarely be asked to move. Instead we explore the deeper layers of your experience through breath, guided awareness, visualization, meditation, and meaningful conversation. This is deep healing work. I grew up in the woods of Northern Illinois. Tarot, tea leaves, and talking to the Spirit have been part of my life for as long as I can remember - and I carry them into my work today.

But this doesn't spare you from the dark.

The path that brought me here was not a gentle one. But every difficult chapter became part of the map I now use to guide others.

My work lives at the intersection of modern psychology and ancient wisdom, because I have never believed you have to choose between the two.

I am a trance channel and psychic medium. I love working int the akashic records and offering past life readings, if you’re interested just ask during the session : )

I am, at heart, a Spooky Garden Witch! I live on a farm in Texas, and I practice magic in the most practical sense: through deep relationship with my body, mind, Spirit, and the land around me.

But underneath all of it, my message is simple.

We are never alone. When we align to the energy of love, all things become possible, including a life beyond your wildest imagination.

I know this to be true. I have lived it.
